It is operated by an authorised channel partner / marketing associate. It is not the official website of Venkatesh Buildcon or the developer, and it should not be represented as such.

Prices shown on this website are indicative launch pricing only. PLC + Floor Rise Applicable. *T&C Apply. Floor rise, parking and any other applicable charges are additional. Final pricing, payable amounts, payment schedules and applicable taxes or levies are as set out in the official booking documentation provided by the developer.
The perspective images in the project documents are artistic impressions / schematic representations of the project. Many items shown in the images are not included in the standard offering and are only indicative of how the units can be used. Viewers confirm that they have not taken his/her decision to purchase/book by viewing these perspective images. The finishes, colours and items demonstrated as part of the standard offering are subject to minor variations, as we are dependent on other companies/vendors for procuring the same.
