• The page and time of submission

2. How we use your information

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Specifically, we may:

• Contact you about project information, launch pricing and availability
• Arrange a site visit at your request
• Share the amenity list, floor plans and other documentation you ask for
• Pass your enquiry to the developer’s authorised sales team so that a representative can respond

3. How the form is technically delivered

This website has no user accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to a Google Apps Script web app which appends your details to a private Google Sheet and sends a notification email to the designated lead-management mailbox. No Google credentials are present in the page source, and the spreadsheet is not publicly readable.

The form includes a hidden anti-spam field and rate limiting. A small technical record (the submission time) is kept in your browser to prevent duplicate submissions. This value never leaves your device.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your details. We share them only with the developer’s authorised sales team and service providers strictly to fulfil your enquiry (for example, the Apps Script / Google Sheets service described above, and your chosen contact method: phone, WhatsApp or email).

5. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to meet any applicable legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

6. Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask what details we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update those details
• Ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your record

Requests can be made on the contact details shown on this website. Note that this is not the developer’s official website, so a request may need to be routed through the authorised sales team.

7. Cookies

This website sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. If a cookie or local-storage entry is used to prevent duplicate form submissions, it is strictly functional, contains no identifier that identifies you, and is removed when you clear site data.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Form input is validated in the browser and again on the server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal documents through this form.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children and is not intended to collect data from them.

10. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the website changes. Project details, pricing and availability are subject to change and must be independently verified with the developer / authorised sales team.
